Coaching is all about you, and your personal development needs; and can also be a fun experience. I want you to receive that you are in control and your goal outcomes are paramount.  As a Life Architect, I am a building, customizing, and designing guide to growth, awareness, possible healing, or the emotional health destination of your choice. I am also the person you're hiring to nudge and even push you through, around, under and past your comfort zone. There may be times when you question your decision to participate in coaching, don't worry, that's normal. No one tells you that growth isn't magical, sexy or easy, and before the glow of growth appears, there can be clouds of blood, sweat, and tears. I'm here to cultivate a mask free, transparent, honest relationship with you, at all times. I will not ask you to compromise yourself, or leave you alone to just "figure it out." Through our work together, you'll learn how to utilize the tools in your emotional tool box, to help build, and navigate you to your desired "happy place." You are in control, so if at any time coaching becomes too much for you, even if it's in the midst of a coaching conversation, and you no longer want to participate, it stops. No pressure to continue. Your feelings, emotions, fears, and goals are safe with me.
